However, users may need help integrating the platform into their business’s application. The IT support team is supportive and willing to help you overcome such challenges. 

Using Botco.ai allows you to automate and customize your interactions with customers. You can set personalized messages for different campaigns and change the language to cater to non-English users. 

The analytics dashboard also offers several helpful insights into customer behavior, creating a better user experience. However, we would have loved to get insights into some more metrics and monitor them with a live dashboard.
