The services do not give a 100 percent guarantee to provide error-free verification and data extraction. So, you can expect to get some inaccurate results sometimes, especially with the OCR extractions when you upload unclear images.

Regarding its customer service, Shufti Pro provides 24/7 support via email and live chat. Typically, the live agent refers customers to send an email to get more comprehensive support.
